Arturo's Ristorante is the perfect venue to host your next special event. Whether it is a celebration, corporate presentation or bereavement, there are multiple spaces that will accommodate different group sizes. Private events have many details to discuss, and that is why we have an amazing team to guide you through the process. Dates book up very quickly, especially during peak seasons. The best way to book an event is by calling us at 508-366-1881. We will verify availability on the date you request. We then can walk you through our minimums and menu options. Private Event and Catering office hours are Monday through Friday 11:00am - 4:00pm.
Here are some examples of our most recent events:
Erin and Mike's Engagement Party: This group of 120 guests chose to rent out the entire new bar and adjacent Firenze Room on a Sunday. The format was open bar and light appetizers. We prepared a combination of stationed and passed appetizers. The guests used the entire space to mingle and celebrate the soon to be newlyweds. The 120" motorized projector screen was a big hit as we were able to play a slide show during the event. We were able to play their favorite Spotify playlist through our state of the art sound system. What a wonderful party!
ICS Company Meeting and Presentation: This group of 45 guests needed a space to hosts their team to a luncheon while using our projector for a powerpoint presentation. The menu was our Sample Buffet #3 menu which included two entrees and three sides. We were able to accommodate a room set up so that all of the guest were facing the screen so they could watch an informational video at the end of the presentation.
Staples "after-work" mix and mingle: This group booked the Almalfi Room for a cocktail party for 50 co-workers to meet for drinks and appetizers after work. This group enjoyed the relaxing table set up as they sitting at tables and being able to relax and have a drink and a bite to eat after at the end of the work week. This group of young professionals was a pleasure to host and we enjoyed taking care of them throughout the evening.
Sarah and John's Rehearsal Dinner: Soon to be newlyweds, John's parents reached out to us about hosting their son's rehearsal dinner at Arturo's. We were thrilled to host this plated dinner event. They starting with an hour of passed appetizers and an open bar. The guests then sat down to a great plated dinner and finished the evening with a great speech and champagne toast! Cheers!
"X" Family Bereavement: This local family needed a venue that could accommodate a post funeral gathering for family and friends. We understand what a difficult time this is for families and our team ensured a seamless gathering from start to finish. It is always difficult to come up with an exact head count for this type of event, so the family was pleased that we were able to handle additional guests without notice. This group of 75 guests was comfortable in our Firenze Room and enjoyed their buffet luncheon.Private Events Menus
The Almafi Room is one of our newer private dining rooms and can accommodate up to 25 guests. Fully integrated audio visual aides are available including, Wi-Fi, 120 inch motorized projector screen, High Definition Projector, High End Stereo Sound System. Food and Beverage Minimums are: Monday - Wednesday $2,000, Thursday - Saturday $3,000. Minimums do not include tax or gratuity. There is a $100 room fee to book an event.
The Capri Room is the perfect private event space for groups of 16 guests or less. This room does not currently have video aides. Food and Beverage Minimums are: Monday - Wednesday $1,000, Thursday - Saturday $1,500. Minimums do not include tax or gratuity. There is a $100 room fee to book an event.
